Pustak mela in December

Agartala, Nov 19: The twelve day continuing Pustak mela with the initiative of Tripura Publishers’ Guild will be organized on December 1 till 12 of the same month, at the Childrens’ Park in Agartala.
The mela consisting of about 50 stalls will be entirely dedicated to the Nobel Laureate Rabindranath Tagore and Acharya Prafullachandra Roy. Publishers from Assam, West Bengal, and Delhi apart from the publishers of the State would participate in the continuing 12 day mela. “20% discount will be given to the books published from other states and, as usual 10% to the books published from here.
We are expecting more readers as no system of entry fee is allotted this time,” said Subhabrata Deb, Secretary of TPG.
