PREPAK appeals to light candles
Imphal, November 11: The proscribed People’s revolutionary Party of Kangleipak (Prepak) has appealed to all the people to light candles in memory of all its departed cadres on the occasion of Athoubasinggi Ningshing Numit to be observed on November 12.
In a statement issued by its Assistant Secretary, Publicity and Propaganda Leibak Ngakpa Luwang, PREPAK appealed to the people for lighting the candles at the gates of every houses at the same time at 7 am on November 12 as show of solidarity to the ongoing liberation movement.
