NCP MDCs quit

JOWAI: Two NCP MDCs of the JHADC — Moonlight Pariat, a former CEM, and Edmund S Lyngdoh — on Friday resigned from the party and decided to function as Independent members of the Council. Two of the four original MDCs of the party had earlier joined the Congress.
