Jim Carrey’s Pierre Pierre to be directed by Larry Charles

Hollywood comedian Jim Carrey’s stalled comedy Pierre Pierre will be resurrected and directed by Bruno director Larry Charles.
Dumb and Dumber star’s movie was earlier to be directed by Up in the Air director Jason Reitman. Recent reports suggest that the film has now been handed over to Charles, two years after the project was announced.
It has also been reported that the movie is now being given a reboot by its new director Charles.
Pierre Pierre is about a peculiar Frenchman who transports a stolen painting from Paris to London.
The producers have set their aim to complete the movie within a budget of $20 million.
