Girl commits suicide

Agartala, Nov 23: Following a family dispute a 14 year old minor school girl committed suicide today at Vidyasagar area under the East Agartala Police Station. The name of the deceased is Chayanita Paul. According to sources, Chayanita, who was a student of Vidyasagar Girls Higher Secondary School committed suicide around 9.45 am of the morning by pouring Kerosene at her residential quarter.
After receiving the information from the localites the ASI of Women PS Ms. Babita Bhattacharjee rushed to the spot and recovered the body with the help of Jogendranagar PS Staff. A pall of gloom descended in the area following the suicide.
