Family in touch with DTO?

SHILLONG: The police department has received inputs on recent telephonic conversations between GNLA and family members of abducted District Transport Officer (DTO) Rominus Syngkon.
“We have received inputs about the telephonic conservations. However, the source of the calls has yet to be established. We are trying to get the details of this telephonic conversation,” Home Minister HDR Lyngdoh said.
Police are also taking all precautions to ensure the abducted DTO is rescued unharmed while also informing that search operations for him are still on.
The Home Minister however informed they have yet to receive any clues about Syngkon’s whereabouts. Syngkon was abducted by GNLA on September 30 along with his driver from Williamnagar, East Garo Hills.
